To be fair, the elite at 140 is a little different than 147. Plus, Bradley seems keen on waiting on the Alexander fight.

co-sign this. bradley is a little better than berto. but tht little bit is enuff for bradley to be able to square up with anyone. can berto do that??mebbe...but his last fight was not all tht impressive against a gatekeeper in quintana. but it is very difficult to look good against quintana so im a little more reserved than some on this board in that regards.

Maybe the fact he used to be a 160 pounder in the amateurs and looks vulnerable fighting 147 pound guys. People tend to associate the fact of someone being vulnerable to avoiding fights. Generally this is true. Look at Calzaghe, looked vulnerable vs both Jones and Hopkins by being dropped in both fights. Look at Pacquiao who was outboxed by Marquez, they tend to keep him away from boxer types.... Berto will probably be avoiding the top guys for a while. An 0is money nowadays. Would Mayweather have so many haters or generate so much money without the 0? I know he wouldn't and most of you will agree. Curiously enough,Mayweather of all people, gave a rematch to the very guy who was close to beat him, Castillo. Not many people do that.

Bradley looks better and better with every fight, fighting people who are supposed to trouble him. Berto doesn't.
