How are you NOT going to know about a rematch clause?? Isn't that a big piece to look over and or letting the fighter know before signing a contract??

Am sure when you do read thw whole interview post then you would realise that he said Mayweather only knew after going through the contract and signing it.

What's the big deal about 1 rematch clause? When you're at the top of the game it is standard to have a rematch clause for every fight.

Rematch clauses are put in place by champions when they have dangerous mandatories that could spoil a potential lucrative matchup down the road.
Floyd is the challenger for crying out loud! And he still puts in a rematch clause.
In fact, it may be unprecedented. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Even if there is precedent, it is highly unusual.
