Cotto and Mayweather were much bigger fights than Mosley at the time.
So *******s are saying it's OK to not fight everybody who calls you out if it's for financial reasons right?

There are three top welterweights after Pacquiao: Mayweather, Cotto, and Mosley in descending order of importance. Pacquiao wanted the first two guys. Is that so difficult to comprehend? Did you not understand the fact that Cotto already beat Mosley and therefore was the better fighter for Manny? Why choose the third guy when there are two better guys out there?

Mosley beat Margritto and was the top WW! Beating Mosley would have brought in just as much money and boosted Manny's legacy more than a shot Cotto win. But I guess the temptation to beat up an already plaster softened Cotto was too much.

If pac fought mosley they'll be saying he ducked Cotto.

No win situation for Pac as far as his haters are concerned.

Firstly back then it was the summer when things were getting negotiated.

Pac only fought Oscar at 147, and it wasn't an indicator how well he was gonna do VS a big man.

Now that he has faced Cotto, he was ready for 147 completely because they knew Pac could deal with th power.

Right now, Pac beats Mosely, especially the one that hasn't fought way over a year.
