Floyd's been fighting at WW since 2005, Margarito, mosley, cotto, p.williams and clottey are all fighting at WW since 2005 but floyd didn't fight any of them.

Pac is fighting at WW just this NOV. 2009 and he already fought COTTO, CLOTTEY and now MARGARITO isn't a worthy opponent for pac because it will be mismatch. See the difference between floyd and pac.

Mosley agreed to come down in weight, yes, but that's only 1 positive strike to secure a fight. The second, and final, strike is to appear washed up in your previous fight. Unless both strikes are met, Pacquiao will duck.

yea like Barrera who was coming off the best win streak of his career and the undisputed champion at FW when Pac moved up from super bantamweight and destroyed him.

Or like Hatton who battered Malignaggi before Pac knocked him out in two at Hatton's best weight, a weight Pacquiao had never even fought at.
