My analysis
Who's Going To Win The Mayweather-Mosley Superfight?
Locale
Even - Agreed - The location of the fight (Las Vegas) is a great location that will bring all fans from both sides.
Hand Speed
Although Mosely is fast in his own right; Mayweather is closer to his prime than Mosely, moreover Mosely is probably a half step slower than he use to be.
Ring Generalship
Mayweather - He is a ring technician, and he will most likely evade by way of bobbing, weaving, slipping punches. Mayweather will not want to be in the pocket nor will he clinch much. Mosely could move around and use the ring, but Mosely's nature is to "grind", get dirty, and do what he will to win. Mosely likes to "FIGHT" before he boxes.
Competition
Mosley 110% - I can't imagine someone arguing this point, I've always said that Mosely has stepped up to the plate throughout his career. Win or Lose, he has shown tenacity, spirit, and willingness to fight QUALITY OPPOSITION til this very day!! Countless wars with boxers in their primes. Despite the scandal, Mosely has got his lumps in.
Mayweather has had a tremendous campaign at the lower weight classes, but as time went on, regardless of money, will, heart; I do agree that Mayweather has been more selective in recent fights and hasn't challenged himself.
Power
Mosely - Undeniably, Mosely has the power punches that he throws when he smells blood. Case in point - Margarito. The man (at that time) to beat. The one coined the "Most Avoided" fighter, most will argue that he was tailored made, too slow, blah blah blah...but the fact of the matter is Margo has a great chin, and noone wanted any piece of him.
To be fair, Mayweather's accuracy is so sharp that the accumalation of the laser targeted punches do have an affect. Unfortunately, Mayweather's hands are a bit suspect, and I don't believe he has "fully recovered". His style and a great wrap artist has helped him in recent fights.
Conditioning
Mayweather's dedication to fittness, training, and nutrition is 2nd to none. He's been on the cover of "Men's Health", and despite being a TV SHOW, 24.7 shows he does work have a great work ethic. (It's tough to really call, because afterall, it is a show that tells a story)
I'd say EVEN however, Mosely's age is an undeniable factor. HOWEVER, Mosely is also a "Gym Rat" who's in the gym and leads an active lifestyle; I can't comment much about it, but what I read in Ring Magazine and various publications he is also very active.
Chin
Mosely -Good, bad, or indifferent, he has taken many punches in his career and has shown grit.
Mayweather - IMO he is suspect, Mayweather's defense is amazing! Although rare, I've seen his past fights and noted him being wobbled before.
Footwork
Mayweather - His fresher legs, and skills gets him in and out in a timely fashion!!!
Mosely - at 38 years of age...he is a step slower than he use to be, and most recently Mosely wasn't really moving much aside from the Margo fight.
Size/Strength
Mosely - is bigger than Mayweather, and has the strength to out muscle Mayweather. He pooped on Margo too!!! That says alot.
Simply - Mayweather is a "Finesse" fighter, he doesn't get his hands dirty so to speak...
Defense
Mayweather - need I say more??? His defense is really good! Annoyingly good. lol Not inpenetrable but REALLY good.
Look, Mayweather may be the "favorite" - I think Mosely's experience will go a long way. People are predicting a May win UD. I don't see that...Mosely is a busier, messier, agressive fighter who just so happens to have one of the best trainers in the game, Brother ****m; he is going to be the help Mosely needs to get over the Mayweather hill. It's going to be tough fight, but Mosely has a lot of things going for him. His SMART Aggression, output, and power, coupled with Brother ****m advice (IF MOSELY LISTENS), will allow Mosely to adapt and possibly KO Mayweather in the later rounds.

the thing I noticed is how much mayweather cant punch while hes moving.. and when he does the padwork hes not moving either.
