Yeah Fizzy Stizzy isnt really a big name fight but its an important one as he hizzys a bizzy at MW. What maybe P-Dubs should think about (if he wins) is calling out Steezy and trying to get that MW belt then he and Pavlik (Kellz) could meet and then maybe Pdub can get his 50/50.

Sturm vs. the Pavlik-Martinez winner would be a good fight and is needed for divisional clarity. Pavlik has avoided the top contenders in his own division for far too long. He waited until Abraham had moved up to Super Middleweight without fighting him, with Arum claiming Abraham wasn't a big enough draw, which is pathetic. His fans shouldn't let him do the same with Sturm. Boxing is a sport, not just a business, which means the best should fight the best. And in the long run, boxing as a business does better when the best do regularly test themselves against the best. It could easily be built up by the promoters into a big fight for divisional supremacy.

sturm vs this satuday's winner would not be more of a "must see matchup" better than p-dub vs kells, (for the bolded) its 2010 now,its all bout the money ,the majority of the well name fighters of today are all bout making money more than making legacy,if u have a fighter say out of his mouth it aint bout the money ,u can bet..its all bout the money.

Which is why boxing is no longer a mainstream sport, and why, with the exception of a few superstars, most boxers make very little money. Because mainstream sports fans are interested in boxing as a sport, and they don't give a stuff how much money a fighter earns; and as a sport it's gradually losing all its credibility.

dave, what gives you any indication that sturm would fight either winner?

luckily mw has a lot of prospect coming up because the contenders of the last couple are really thin

Why not? Has Pavlik ever tried to make a fight with Sturm?
