Did The Ring explain why Donaire is on the P4P list?

I mean, Darchynian is his biggest win.

Preparing for the hype that will develop around him when he starts moving up. So they can be like, "yeah, told you so."

He went on after Darchinyan lost to Agabeko because Darchinyan was ranked 8. Donaire replaced him and then people exiting somehow moved him up enough to where he became 5. It's such a ****ing joke though.

The only thing I don't like about The Ring's ratings is they have the tendency of not entering a person in high enough for a single win and then the person who is at 8 or somehting can eventually move up to 5 or something ahead of someone who deserves being there because of being on the list longer.

Sakio Bika is an example. He was 8 for the longest time. Kept moving up and since Abraham beat Taylor, they viewed it not being a better win then beating Sakio Bika, but Bika moved up when someone fell from the rankings and now Bika is at 5. It's a joke.

Even the bible is flawed. I mean, he's rated above Dawson who beat damn near everyone at the top at LHW.

Same with Hozumi Hasegawa who is the undisputed bantamweight king.
