I used to work at a strip club. Nightmare trying to watch boxing there. It isn't the fact that you can't hear anything, cause that I really don't care about. Its the fact that idiots want to **** with you and not wait until the fights over. Of course I was working, so yeah.


Umm...I'll be watching both. The PPV live, then I'll catch the HBO West Coast replay. Or actually I'll probably just record the HBO broadcast in the other room so I can fast forward to the fights. Damn, its a possibility we'll have to sit through three ****ing anthems for Cotto vs. Abdullaev, if they play one for each fighter's country and then America just b/c its in America (which is pointless).

I hate it when they play anthems. Fighters should enter to them. Announcers can announce fighters on their way out. Anything to get the fight started sooner.

^that is a good idea instead of ring music they should walk out to there anthem! Some fights have anthems and some don't. I like how they did the anthems for the zoo vs hatton fight just music no singing.

I'll be watching Tyson-Mcbride hoping for a resurrection of Iron Mike career.

I dont see how beating Mcbride would point to a resurrection of anything. Mike has always fought guys like this in his overrated career.

Sex& violence my man....The club is really nice, not seedy...more of a gentleman's club...ran by some Brit...have 4 projection screens, 4 big screen tvs, and the strippers as ring card girls (kinda cheesy but pretty funny)....everything else is turned off for the fights and they draw a pretty big crowd....great place..

Im watching the cotto fight because showtime will rebroadcast the tyson fight I believe.

They probably will, the following Sat. I definately am going with Cotto-Abdullaev, and never pass on the chance to see Casa fight! Both of those fights have potential to be good, exciting fights, where Tyson probably wont be.
