I know everyone by now knows that it is a little more then a teaspoon they take. It's more like 3-4 teaspoons, but even so 4 teaspoons is just 4% of what they take when someone donates blood. So the amount is minimal.
Anyways. To debunk the myth that those vials/tubes are all the way full. Pause this video at 8:36-8:37. Whatever gives you the clearer look.
As you can see, it is not even half full... So the actual amount of blood there taking is probably just 2 teaspoons.
