Floyd is still at the top of his game but he doesnt commit himself as much as he did before. Thats because hes made so much money out of the game and achieved so much, so naturally he wont have the same hunger and desire to prove himself against the best fighters out there. Look at his flawless performances against the likes of Corrales and Ndou; where he threw more punches with bad intentions, and compare it with his boring performances against Baldomir etc, where he potshots his way to a UD. Floyd of the late 90's / early 00's was overshadowed by other fighters such as De La Hoya and Mosley, so he was fighting for more than just money, but fighting for recognition and respect, and to be recognised as the best. I think he realises he has to get back to that if he wants to impress against Mosley, because Shane is without a doubt the toughest test of his career, so hopefully we'll see that old Floyd in this fight.

He's not in his prime. Floyd is a master at concealing his fatigue. You will not notice it but throwing fewer punches is a sign he gets more fatigued. He tried to finish Marquez and he couldn't. Despite that, he's not taken any punishment (Pacquiao has taken twice the amount of punishment in his last 2 fights Floyd has taken in all of his career to give you an idea). But age is still a factor, specially for the smaller guys.

Pacquiao Has Been Fighting Bigger Guys.. Let Be Real Here.. Yes Floyd Was Beasting At 130-135. But History Will Not Be Kind To Him For His Time At 147. If You Say He's That Save Hungry Boxer At 47 He Was At 35 Your Lying To Yourself
