vargas beats cotto prime for prime but it woulda been aback and forth battle. vargas had ill talent. people forget how good he was before doing roids and blowing up in weight. he could been a top 10 all timer.
who knows how vargas' KO percentage would look like if he had more fights?
i always saw vargas as an accumulation puncher. his style catered to that cuz he was an action guy.
prime cotto could end a fight with 1 left hook to the ribs.
