IF Floyd got in deep, deep trouble…

you never know, Floyd could be another Roy Jones jnr and just fold as soon as he gets hit with a Mosley bombComment

Floyd is one of the most competitive guys out there. He didn't show any sign of quit in him before. If he's in deep trouble i see him using smart dirty boxing to limit Shane's fire. Like holding, and elbow strikes.
If he has to lose it'd be rather than KO, he can't accept defeat.Comment

This is a really good question. I tend to think Roger won't throw in the towel unless floyd is just getting completely crushed. Floyd is tougher than what people give him credit for. I think the no mas option is a virtual impossibility though. I choose take the KO like a man which I take as do everything possible to get his feet back under him but he's in such deep trouble he can't.Comment

Yeah but the Roy situation was completely different with the big drop in weight and his age. Plus Roy depends way more on reflex than floyd and by that I mean floyd tucks his chin and uses his shoulders or even relies on the high guard if against a south paw to take the steam off punches when his reflexes aren't good enough. So even when floyd's reflexes diminish, which they tend to do with age, he's much less likely to get cleared like Roy did. Thats just the way I look at it.Comment

I think if it does happen it is going to be a one punch sort of KO I don't see anyone hitting Floyd with 4-5 punch combinations....They might have to throw a 4-5 punch combo and 1 or 2 might land but I could see Shane hitting him with one big punch alla AA hitting JT in the chin and putting him to bed. For arguments sake if Floyd was hurt really bad I think he would get on his bike, hold, grapple, do what ever he needed to do to try to make it out of the round...LeftyComment

Totally agree with you there, im just intrigued as to how floyds body will react if he does get hit with one of mosleys trademark left hooks flushYeah but the Roy situation was completely different with the big drop in weight and his age.
