    You push that bag and it swings toward your head, you use head movement to dodge it and it helps u move ur head while in the ring. It might not look a lot but it really can help you in slips and ducks. It fits Tysons style well.

      It is a maize ball bag it is used for slipping and bobbing and weaving. It is a defense tool.

      On a side note, I still cant believe how well Fenech is looking these days he really ballooned up when he did those Title boxing series videos and was easily above the 200 pound mark.

              Tyson constantly uses this tool. Its basically a speed bag but improved. Imagine a light bulb hanging from the ceiling and ur hitting it (and it doesnt smash lol). Thats basically all it does. It also practices accuracy cos look how small the target is. It doesnt look small from the pic on that link but it is well small.
