It is possible that he has set a very early retirement date to try to ensure that he retires undefeated. one of only two fighters who have ever done this. So, considering this, it is unlikely that he would actually take a Klitschko fight, unless he feels certain of victory.

In the meantime, taunting the Klitschkos is akin to a little boy rattling the bars of a lion's cage, whilst he's safe outside.

But he must make certain he NEVER gets close enough to have a "claw" reach him...
What the hell are you rambling on about? David Haye isn't undefeated...

The Klits deserve a bigger cut than Haye, and he knows it. It's obvious Haye doesn't want to fight them at this time. He wants to get 1 or 2 more fights in before he fights them. Haye will most certainly fight someone else before he fights the Klits. Haye knew what he was getting into when he moved to HW, so I think he still does want to fight the Klits, but he wants to but himself in the best physical and monetary postion for the fight. Can't blame him for wanting to cash out against a Klit, because it could be his last HW title fight.

Sorry, I completely forgot his 1 rd KO loss. That spoils a perfectly good scenario, although he could still retire undefeated in his title fights..........as long as he avoids the Klitschkos and a few other contenders.

Thats okay, David Haye sucks and is overrated and doesn't have the style to beat either Klitschkos, he isn't aggressive like Brewster, Sanders. And Haye is mostly a counter puncher with power. And what is confirming more and more that Haye and his people know he can't beat Wlad is the outrageous demands.

You were too quick for me, although I realised it as soon as I pressed "send".

One-round? It was TKO5, and he was still on his feet.
