moving up how will they do?

The following people have expressed interest in moving up in weight class. how do you all think that they will do? are they ready or should they stay where they are at? or what? (I am getting tired of these Euro Vs. America forums so I had to add something new to the table we have all argued back and fourth and I am too tired to get into a flame war now so I had to make a neutral subject lol)

    1. Bernard Hopkins -he has exressed an interest in mooving to light heavy to fight Roy Jones and the Glencoffe tarver winner.

    2. Diego Corrales -hey he is trying to get into the best division out there 140 pounds and possibly might do it against hatton.

    3. Joel Cassamayor -Joel said he would fight anywhere from 130 to 140 do any of you feel he could be a force at 140?

    4. Antonio Tarver wants to go up to heavyweight

    5. Juan M Marquez expressed an interest in moving to 130

    6. oscar larios up to 126 or so he says.

    7. vernon forrest up at 154

    8. Jose Luis Castillo plans on going to 140 one day

    9. Joe Calzaghe who said he would go up to fight tarver before tarver lost to glencoffe

    10. Mayweather who claims he has any weight from 140 to 154 on lockdown. how would he do at 47? and how would he do at 154?

    1. Bernard Hopkins - I reckon he could move up in weight with no problem, but he'll probably run from his opponents EVEN MORE so!

    2. Diego Corrales - I really don't think it would be a good idea for him to move up to 140lbs, they'll be too strong and too big for him.

    3. Joel Cassamayor - He's on the slide anyway... so a move up will probably result in a KO loss.

    4. Antonio Tarver - Well if he wants to go up to heavy, now's the time to do it with the state of the division, but he MUST keep away from Vitali!

    5. Juan M Marquez - I think he'd be fine at 130lbs, and I think it's also in his best interests to move up!

    6. oscar larios - Yeah why not, he'll make the weight ok, and with JMM out the scene he can rule the division for a short while.

    7. vernon forrest - He strikes me as the kind of fighter that wouldn't have too many problems adjusting to the new weight 154lbs.

    8. Jose Luis Castillo - I'm not sure that his style would benefit him if he moves up and takes on bigger stronger guys.

    9. Joe Calzaghe - It's no secret that Joe Calzaghe is REALLY REALLY struggling to get down to 168lbs. He's dying to move up but he wants to move up to 175lbs straight into a big fight.

    10. Mayweather - He's too small for 140lbs so a move up to 147lbs or EVEN 154lbs would be a disaster!

    That's my 2 cents!...

      1. Bernard Hopkins -Would not be a force in the Light Heavyweight Divsion, the age would hurt him, stick with where you make ur living at.

      2. Diego Corrales -Will probally be a big puncher even at 140, tough match between him and Hatton.

      3. Joel Cassamayor -Could fight at any weight between 130 and 140 with relative ease, really talented fighter.

      4. Antonio Tarver- could handle a lot of heavyweights out there but would still have problems with some big ones.

      5. Juan M Marquez- Wont last past MAB or Morales. Id like to see him vs Pac but Im not clear on a winner.

      6. oscar larios - Not much of a difference I dont think, he would be fine at 126.

      7. vernon forrest- Just like Vargas, for a comeback fight I dont think it matters his weight hes most likely going to fight a bum anyway, depending on how he is id like to see him fight Simms Jr and Ouma, doubt he'd get past them but i could be wrong.

      8. Jose Luis Castillo- Same JLC as he is now, no difference.

      9. Joe Calzaghe- WOuld be solid as a Light Heavyweight and maybe if Tarver moves up and Glen Johnson is out of the picture he could win some gold up there.

      10. Mayweather- Just like he says, has a lock on all of those divisions for sure.
