Ali would claim to be the GOAT, and proceeded to KO the best out there,
proving the matter. Floyd similarly claims to be the GOAT, but then also
says legacy/greatness doesn't matter --it's about $$$$, which dilutes the
primary "GOAT" message.

This is very true. Ali went farther than Floyd, was also more entertaining, more witty, and took on better opposition. I like Floyd an all, but you can't compare him with Ali.
