Highly doubtful...

Floyd needs to engage in order to score a KO, and I don't see him mixing it up a lot with Mosley because he'll be at a disadvantage in the power dept, and no matter how how much people think Floyd's got a lot to prove, he won't get out of his comfort zone for anyone. He won't get a KO by relying on his defense, but more than likely putting on a good performance and scoring a UD.
