Berto: "Pacquiao has NEVER fought anyone with my type of speed and power combined"

    READY FOR THE 'BIG ONE'?

When asked directly what he thought a showdown with Pacquiao would look like, Berto stated "it would be a great showdown because he (Pacquiao) has never had to deal with my type of speed and power combined. Some of his opponents had one or the other, but you could make an argument that I'd be the first with that kind of mix".

Berto isn't ready, he would get knocked out.

Would be a fun fight to watch though.

Berto isn't ready for Pacquiao, Floyd, or Shane for that matter.

I agree with the power part. Pacquiao definately hasn't faught anyone with the power of Berto. As for the speed, I think Berto is over rated in that category.

Stop saying Berto isn't ready yet, too. You have to step up at some time. Otherwise your just never ready. Its dumb to say he isn't ready when he is the wbc champ and is still undefeated. C'mon, i'm not even a Berto fan but really.

Pacquiao would beat his ass though. The speed of Pacquiao would get to Berto so much. It might look like Pacquiao-Diaz in there.

Pac would test that questionable chin..

if Cosme Rivera knocked down Berto... Pac would have a field day with him.

I figure Manny would beat him but he needs to step up to the plate eventually and truly test himself against the best. I would rather see Manny beat up Berto than Margarito though.

Make no mistake about it though berto would have to fight the best fight of his career (by far) to even stay in the fight.

If he wants it let him get it.

I dont get some of you.
At this point you think marg has a better chance. At least berto dont come straight forward willing to get hit. And he will do so much better than clottey.

                    So why not.

Im starting to believe berto is the man to beat him.
