Totally false. Wlad faced Peter when Peter was undefeated and had a lot of hype behind him. Wlad tried to get Arreola when Haye pulled out of the fight, but Arreola said he wasn't in fighting shape at the moment. And of course, he was the first to sign to fight Haye.

No, he's a beast because he's on a 6 year unbeaten streak (longer than Pacquiao) spanning 12 fights (tied with Pacquiao) and was never really close to being beaten by top ranked contender after top ranked contender.(Pacquiao was) Wlad is a beast and doesn't need to be an uneducated dimwit talking **** to prove it.
