pacquiao had that funky hairdo during most of his 122 fights from 2000-2002 i think.

1st pacquiao fight i saw was after hussein. ledwaba in 2001.

that was his 1st time fighting in america and only his 2nd time on american tv since he was on espn for one of his 112 fights.
