The tubes they are using are like 3-5ml tubes, and there not even all the way full. A teaspoon is 5 ml.. Do you know how much a teaspoon is? ****in minmal..

There are 473ml in a pint... They take a pint or more when giving blood. Most people feel no effects from that.

For arguments sake, even if they were taking lets say, those were somehow 8ml tubes all the way full. 4 of em makes 32ml... Thats ****in 6% of what they take donating blood..
