yeah, he'd be special if he could do anything other than throw bombs and wrestle.
kid has minimal boxing skill and a small boxing IQ.

        what makes you think that?
he's 26, has been boxing since he was 8, had an extensive amateur career and he still fights like an MMA guy in boxing gloves.
i'd agree with you if he had a better trainer or showed more technical improvement by now. he doesnt and he hasnt.

He actually tried that last night. But he got hit everytime. It looked like ring rust messed up his timing.

He hasnt fought in 11 months. How good did you expect him to look vs. a slick southpaw at that?

He took care of business and got the KO. Its not pretty but he takes care of business. Hes winning.

Too late, Berto is a KO waiting to happen, He man gets hit way too much and i can see him either getting upset by a less-known name or brutally KO by one of the big three guys at 147.

I agree with the trainer part, who trains this guy? He has all the ability offensively, he throws boulders from all angles, he is a pressure fighter. I think he can be more technically sound tho

He will never get a chance vs. any of those 3 anyway.

Take out those 3 and Berto runs 147 with ease. Until Alvarez and Brook are ready to step to him.
