He countered JMM in his first fight a few times. Thats nothing new with Pac. Thats basic ass boxing. He shouldve known how to do that at 16.

I wont be able to see if hes improved until he fights a boxer who wont walk right at him.

And Cottos best punch is his left hook not his jab.

Cotto has one of the best jabs. WTF you talking about??

Pac uses his boxing when he knows he can't overpower his opponent. That's what you saw with his last 4 fights. When he was fighting guys his size he would just try and bulldoze his way thru them getting all wreckless.

Did you see Cotto's jab in the 8th and 9th rounds with Pacquiao? Cotto's jab is one of the best, he even KD Clottey with a jab you moron.

I'm sure he has made improvements here and there...I just wanna see him against a defensive minded fighter...its clear he can take apart less superior fighters who stand in front of him...

roach has taught him well. pac has become a rythem fighter. if u look carefully, he's not rly dodging on reflex, its all part of his rhythem. this illustrates roach's skill as a coach because he knew it was impossible for pac to depelop reflex at this point in his career. so teach him rhythem, and he becomes hard to hit.

good team those two. but yes pac is def a much improved fighter, regardless of whether u like him or not.

You making it seem like pac just slip and countered some bums jab. that's cotto FFS. Cotto's jab singlehandedly beat Shane mosley and has knock down alot of fighters.

He's made vast improvements but he's not Pernell Whitaker as much as some of you wish he was.
