May 1st might be May's last

I'm not trying to flame on this one, but if Floyd beats Shane and the negotiations with Pac fall apart...there won't be any other fights left for Floyd and he might just retire.

Think about it...Arum won't let any of his other fighters take those OST, because by doing so, it will make Pac look bad. Alsoe, since Khan is tied to Roach and Ariza you can rule that option out as well.

Another thing people seem to forget is that Haymon an unwritten rule that prevents his fighters from fighting each other, so there goes Williams and Berto, and outside of that....I really can't see any other fights left for him.

Remember he is 33 years old....so May 1st might be the last we ever see of him.

Dude, shut up. If he lose, he has a rematch clause in his contract to fight Shane again.

He'd rematch Shane. I do think the Pac-May negotiations will work out eventually. It just wasn't the right time for the fight, later this year will be.

Not if Floyd said he has Azz injury from the pounding of Ellerbe!

Floyd will give Mosley a rematch if he wants one. Floyd can also move up to 154 or fight some of the guys from 140. Floyd still has a lot of options.

Like who? Remember I'm not flaming and I'm just curious....thats all. Only person at 140 I can see is Bradley but there is no money involved, and that bout is nothing more than an HBO Boxing after Dark bout. I truly believe Floyd's pride will prevent him from taking such a low payday in a Bradley fight.
