Also lets not act like he left the division by choice, he was frozen out the division because none of the big guys wanted to fight him because they were too scared, you know folks like Cotto, Margarito (rematch), and Shane.
The Ring does show Pacquiao as the 140lb champion, but that's because he's the p4p king and he's got it like that. He wanted to put it on hold in case he plans on going back down.

And maybe fight the Pavlik/Sergio winner after that for a MW title.

How bad would that look on Paul if Sergio wins and then he goes back down to fight a smaller guy instead of a MW title fight in a rematch from a close competitive fight.

Is Paul Williams the only man alive today with the potential to concurrently hold titles at 147, 154 and 160?

Zaveck has one good win, not elite. But then again Kellerman was calling Clottey elite back before he fought Cotto.

Pwill got the only fight he could get at 147 - 154 and that was Cintron, who ducked him at 147 with a mysterious hand injury that healed up so he could get that ass tapped by Margarito. Nobody at 147 was available for him to fight.

If that happens before Williams - Berto it would be a damn shame, especially if Bradley wins, which is highly likely.
