HBO stills shows Pac at 140, they should show Paul at 147, especially since he announced in his press release that he is coming back to the division. Also lets not act like he left the division by choice, he was frozen out the division because none of the big guys wanted to fight him because they were too scared, you know folks like Cotto, Margarito (rematch), and Shane.

The Ring does show Pacquiao as the 140lb champion, but that's because he's the p4p king and he's got it like that. He wanted to put it on hold in case he plans on going back down.

Pwill got the only fight he could get at 147 - 154 and that was Cintron, who ducked him at 147 with a mysterious hand injury that healed up so he could get that ass tapped by Margarito. Nobody at 147 was available for him to fight.
