People always try to sound so superior by stating unequivocally that Floyd is just acting. He is following a script, just play along. You go ahead and believe that. Floyd is not acting. He is arrogant, childish and obnoxious. That is not an act.
Now after the fight, he does come across as gracious. That may be the act. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say it's not. He is capable of both extremes. But his rudeness is the dominate feature of his character.
To me, Floyd is not clever or funny at all. If you LOLed at his junk, your sense of humor is specifically low brow.
I find everybody's life story interesting. 24/7 doesn't have to spotlight somebody like Floyd trashtalking to be interesting to me. ****m's tale of overcoming possible paralysis with faith and mental discipline was much more compelling than Floyd's "act."
And I am pulling for the noble warrior, who is Mosley. Floyd and his crew are treating this contest like the lesser fighters he is used to beating. Won't be like that, trust me.Comment

HBO is suppose to make Shane appear to be "more noble" it's his 1st 24/7. Floyd has been on how many? Hatton, De La Hoya, Marquez, now Mosley....and however they're trying to make Shane appear, they are doing a mediocre job. People are watching 24/7 to see what Floyd is going to do or say.Comment

Yeah, he's arrogant. If you go back and watch the 1st episode, he walks into the dressing room (after Mosley fight), takes off his vest and looks in the mirror to check his face.
