I think there is clear evidence that fifteen years ago, Floyd sent Travis Tygart to college and then to Law School. Later, Floyd arranged for Tygart to rise through the ranks at USADA. All the while building his credibility by speaking at Harvard and Stanford and in front of Congress....

yup yup, I was a Floyd fan but now I clearly see he truly was a coward all along.
