Would def be a good fight to see.

This would be a very close and competitive fight. And it basically comes down to how much Cotto actually has left in the tank. Can he dig deep one more time in a tough fight? I'm not sure, Pacquiao really crushed Cotto for a brutal 5-6 rounds. Berto does have a great upper cut that can land on Cotto. Not sure how much punch resistance is left in him.

Berto is definitely lacking in some areas. He often gets wild and leaves himself open. He also puts a lot on his punches and gets noteably tired as the fight goes on. Berto's strength and ability to tie his oppenent up can negate some of Cotto's body work.

At his point I would favor Cotto slightly. I wouldn't be surprised though if Berto stopped him though.
