Who the hell is Valuev Fighting? WTF is going on.

Russian heavy Nikolai Valuev will not be on Sauerland Eventīs July 16 show and the planned showdown with Henry Akinwande is off. Valuev, the WBA # 1 will instead concentrate on a possible interim title fight in September or go straight for John Ruiz.

I didn't hear anything about an Akinwande match!

Now there's no match with Golota. So that means he'll go straight to Ruiz right?

Except NO. There could be an interim title fight in September. That would be cool. Then we could have 4 champs and 2 interim champs. 6 champs, woo!

Well at least the interim fight would be with Golota right? Except Golota is still scheduled to fight in July or August??? So who would the fight be against. Would Golota fight for number one contender, Valuev for interim belt, and Ruiz still be the champion?

The heavyweight picture is about to be more ****ed up than it's ever been. And that's not counting James Toney, champion in exile.

Well hopefully things get better. Maybe Vitali can challenge a few more people that arn't his manditories, like say Tyson and Holyfield. Maybe Lewis can announce a possible comeback to clean things up. Or best yet, maybe while Wlad's legal suit of Chris Bryd is going on Bryd can not defend his belt and then we can have a 3rd interim champion to go with our 4 beltholders.

    AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

That sounds like a good plan to me. I like the sound of seven champs.

I wish one or all of these heavyweight title-holders would have the balls to put their titles on the line against one of the other title holders and unify already! Byrd and Vitali only want the easy fights and thats if they fight at all. At least Ruiz, would put his title on the line against anyone of them
