If he was out in few minutes after that KO then LAS VEGAS hospital are complete garbage.

He was taken to hospital for a precautionary brain scan, not for treatment; the scan results were negative, so he was allowed to go back to his hotel. That's just fact and was reported as such in all the British newspapers at the time (e.g. here):

Hatton was taken to the Valley Hospital off Las Vegas Boulevard after the fight for a mandatory examination and released in the early hours to return to the hotel that hosted what was almost certainly his last appearance in the ring, the MGM Grand.

But of course, facts don't interest you if they contradict your hate threads.
