Man, as much as I am glad to see Mayweather SSM finally happen, I was really looking forward to Berto vs SSM. I think that fight would have been a good one, and would have answered a lot of question's as to were Berto's place at WW is really at. I'd pick Shane to stop him in the championship rounds.

We know Al Haymon told Berto to pull out, Berto is nothing more then a puppet. Its sad that Berto lost cousins, uncles, aunts, in Haitis. But, parents like your father and mother are the closest family most people have. And Buster Douglass's mom died a week before the Tyson fight. Did Buster Douglass get emo and say cancel the fight. No, Buster Douglass went out their and pulled one of the biggest upsets off in history of boxing.

I was very disappointed that Al Haymon talked Berto out of not fighting Mosley.

One of my favorite fights of all time is Douglas/Tyson. It proves how much the human spirit matters in fighting. But I do understand in a way. For Douglas what could he do? The best thing to do was move on with his life and make his mom proud. For Berto he had a chance to go help the people that didn't die. Having said that I believe Shane beats him, and to be honest I'm glad they didn't fight because Bertos not ready and now Shane gets Floyd.
