Berto ****in killed him. He landed the right all night long, and the much more effective crisper jab.

Holding a bit much, but it was both fighters. Quintana was holding his arm in between his own arm and body most of the time.

That was a great showing, and he did exactly what he should have, and was expected to. On to the next one.

nah let's be real Carlos was frustrating him a lot and turning him real well, also sidestepping to the right side away from his power hand. He was doing good but Berto just did the call of the tiger type **** and went full rage mode on him out of the blue

It probably has to do with 1. Race or 2. Prejudice against fighters who aren't your favorites.

Yeah, and Berto is still young I know he can still develop his style.

Meh... Quintana landed like 3-4 effective punches all fight. mostly pitty pat punches by him IMO.

I thought it was very clear who was landing the far more effective punches.

I like Berto but he's not the greatest boxer to watch. He was complaining about rabbit punches that werent there constantly. He falls into his opponent after throwing a few punches then clinches. And he was getting hit at will with Quintanas left hand. In my honest opinion Berto doesn't have what it takes to beat any of the top welterweights out there. Even this shot version of Cotto beats Berto. Margarito without his handwraps beats Berto too.

dude Quintana was painting Berto's face AT WILL with jabs. Jabs are punches too don't forget and he was destroying Berto on the inside. Rabbit punches or not Quintana was killing Berto on the inside work AND outjabbing him like crazy.
