But he does have good will power tenacity and punch power, unfortunately he's just not elite and Mosley, Floyd, Pac etc all destroy him. He stands a good chance to woop Cotto though.

I'm simply stating that he did go the distance with and did get floored by him.

Cosme Rivera sure is a tough guy, but some things show a gulf in class.
