do I view him as an elite WW? Hell nah! I think Mosley, Mayweather, Pacquiao, and Cotto all beat him. Paul Williams is also a giant freak of nature with arms longer than Vitali Klitschko's. And it took Cotto 5 rounds to RETIRE Quintana, and I'm sure you won't question Cotto's power. He also took some punishment in the process, just like Berto did.
