We are witnessing a tragedy. The ref/corner should stop this.

I think that Lampley and Merchant blew it a little out of proportion. At the same time, I think that if Yordan's corner was anything other than his brother, the fight would have been stopped before the final bell.

It a one sided fight but not THAT bad of a physical beating. Any boxing fan sees worse on a regular basis. If you find that hard to watch, find another sport to follow. It's a brutal game.
The fight should have still been stopped by the corner though. Getting beaten like that so early in your career can be mentally devastating and change you as a fighter forever.

        Family members don't stop fights.

It's a researched, proven fact. Period.

I thought it should of been stopped because it was boring the hell out of me.

But his head barely snapped back the whole fight, it wasn't really marked up, or swollen. Cab is good but he doesnt through a lot of stiff punches and slaps a lot.

I thought it should of been stopped because it was clear, going 12 rounds was pointless, and Yordan's corner didnt know ****.

But they made it seem much worse than it was. That work to the body was pretty vicious though.

            Pac just overwhelmed Clottey.

            Floyd boxed JMM.

            Cab HAMMERED this kid.
You are buying into the bull**** that Lampley and Merchant are feeding you. Caballero dominated the fight but he definitely did not BEAT THE **** OUT OF HIM. If he had, his face would have looked the part. The man was still fighting as strongly at the end as he was in the first round. Lampley and Merchant are idiots and you are too if you believe the bull**** they were feeding you during this fight.

I usually agree with what you say, but have to disagree here. Those punches had nothing on them, Yordan should be bubbled up and wasn't. Leavander was stopped many times, they went over the top bringing that up. Yordan was fine and deserved the chance to finish on his feet. One punch can change a fight and if he was a bit more busier we wold have seen a better result from Yordan. Good 12th round from Cino.

He needs to move his head more and shift those elbows when a guy is throwing a ton of uppercuts. A few adjustments thats all.

                  Totally agree.

His corner is clueless and irresponsible. They should have stopped it after it was clear he needed a miracle to pull out a win. He was taking a bit of a beating and was out of the fight.

The ref can't step in an make that decision in such an important fight though. This was not a 4 rounder between two scrubs. This guy can either be a prize fighter or a ****ing rubber tree farmer. The ref can't stop that.
