When you're dehydrated, your urine will have a darker color to it. Fluids is what clears out your urinary system and makes you're urine look more clear. Also depending on what food you take in also will change the color of your urine.

When someone is dehydrated, their piss tends to be darker. Don't know about carrot juice colored urine.

urine is only clear when you drink a lot of water. If you're cutting water weight it's darker the more dehydrated you get.

I'm a recovering alcoholic (2 years sober) so a trip to get an IV just so I could work the next day is nothing new to me.
