No. Mayweather hasn't brutalized WW's the way Pac has. That's what makes him great. Technically speaking Mayweather should be able to go up even more because his defensive style means he should be able to avoid/block/slip whatever *** punches to earn UD's. Pac's style of attack attack attack, KO KO KO, doesn't usually translate well when you move up in weight. He's proven otherwise. That is greatness.

Before the DLH fight, He's already in top 20 for me. After DLH, he entered top 10. After Hatton He's top 5. After Cotto He's Top 3. He only needs Mayweather's head to be the NO 1 of ALL time.

Pac is the best ever......in singing really really bad and getting praised for it. Only english songs though, his tagalog songs are pretty much in tune.

Did the same thing i moving up weights, but not doing to his opponents what Pac has done, and not as impressive opponents as Pac.

PBF is lower by some way to Pac. If he beats Pac he can of course close the gap

True Pacquiao fans need not to answer the question and rather wait for his career to be over then evaluate thereafter...

Mayweather...please If you go ask the real boxing people like the coaches and former boxers they will laugh at you if you mention Floyd as being the greatest. They know Floyd is a great fighter but they will tell you that he's a chicken.

i just recently raised pac into my top 5 at the bottom under ali, henry armstrong and the sugar rays just cus he is beating EVERYONE there is to beat in legendary fashion. But i think floyd is more skilled and can take his spot, but he gotta fight the right people to increase his glory nah mean?

Manny Pacquiao is not that great right now only because he's still fighting. 10-20 years from now he will be remember side by side with Robinson, Ali, and Armstrong. Floyd will be remember in the same class as Sweet-Pea, Hoya, and Mosley.
