Haye must be very happy about this. This could set him up for a very big payday against an old, over-the-hill low-risk opponent such as Harrison. This will be big money on UK PPV.

Haye isn't interested in Harrison and nor should he be. All he wants is a shot at a Klitschko.
Surprisingly entertaining back and forth fight. Great KO shot from Harrison, considering the circumstances, but his performance in the rest of the fight doesn't really bode well for his future.
If Audley Harrison can get past Alexander Dimitrenko who I think he has to fight next then he would be a worthy opponent to Haye and even the Klitschkos. But as it is now I don't think he deserves a shot at the title... Beating Sprott who is basicly a journeyman these days doesn't really prove alot.

I don't see why Haye won't fight Harrison if Audley can gather one more win and set himself up for a title shot, possibly in a matchup against Dimitrenko. Haye - Harrison would be a huge fight for UK PPV and make Haye as much money as a fight with say Vitali - just for much less risk.
Haye basically guaranteed to win against Harrison and rake in the biggest payday of his career. I can't see how Haye could possibly decline this proposition.
Also notice how Harrison fits perfectly in Haye's pattern of fighting old HWs that pose very little risk. Barret was 38, Valuev 36, Ruiz 38. Harrison is 38
