It is 2 samples (an A sample and a B sample). And each sample is 3 milliliter each. A total of 6 ( SIX) milliliters.
A teaspoon is usually around 5 (FIVE) milliliters. So, yes, the sample size IS a teaspoon.
1) i have been drug tested for sports.
2) I have a copy of the testing policy

Floyd had no idea Pac would act how he did.
I'm generally a neutral dude. But I have a hard time understanding how a teaspoon of blood 2 weeks before a fight would affect you. Olympic athletes give that amount on competition days.

Floyd's problem is that he is not the most articulate fella. And, unfortunately for him, he doesn't have people who are always out in the press pushing his agenda.
MM is self-promoted mostly, his trainer CAN'T speak for him, his manager/advisor WON'T speak for him, and Ellerbe basically says the minimum required.
By contrast, Pac has Arum, Roach, Ariza and Koncz who are always in front of a camera advocating the "Pacquiao Position". Not to mention the coterie of journalists who are in Pac's pocket.
Floyd doesn't have a promoter who will blatantly lie for him, as Arum did after the Jan 5 mediation session. Or a trainer who can go on Jim Rome and say "agreeing to Floyd's rules is like giving the first two rounds away". Whatever the heck that means. Ellerbe doesn't badmouth Pac (or anyone) the way Ariza calls Floyd names.
Mayweather makes the bucks...but he needs a better team to manage the media. Look at what happened with the Filipino journalists.
