That's typically how brother Naazim is, he's very respectful he doesn't get very emotional like other typical top of the line trainers like Freddie Roach and Mayweather.

I'm sure he's confident in the plan he's outlined for shane at the same time he's a realist and understands how difficult of a task this is going to be.

Show me some times when Naazim has consistenly made comments about his fighter knocking out others, etc and then I'd think he weren't confident, but Naazim is a pretty real brother he don't get on the hype train and don't talk too much ****.

He shows everyone respect and I think he does legitmatly respect Floyd and doesnt want to be fake & crap on him like others do but at the same time he knows Shane is a beast and he thinks he has the game plan to beat Floyd.
