Indeed. And he looks like he is really listening, to what Manny is saying!!

Wow what happened to Cotto so much power in his combinations great I am so happy for him. I love Cotto he is still the best in my opinion. I am from europe "Germany" but I am a big Cotto fan. You can almost feel Cotto's power when Steward is against the ropes. Cotto need Manny Steward earlier he might look better against Clottey, Pacman etc.

I like that he has him throwin 3 sharp jabs and then working a combination. Steward also has him turnin over that right and its lookin lethal. Looks like Cotto is putting out a lot more effort than I can remember seeing him before in sparring. Good Start.

i can't wait to see how this pair up turns out now. let's hope cotto will once again be a beast in the division.

i like how steward pops his head back during pads. i thought cotto really uppercutted him.

Wow, they're gettin it in already huh! One thing Im noticing from the jump is Cotto throwing that right hand "STRAIGHT DOWN". You also see Manny tellin him not to lunge it as Cotto then throws a sharp right hand.

I've had my doubts about this pairing, but in reality, this could work out if Cotto becomes the student and just listens to Manny.

This pairing has got me kind of excited. I'm still skeptical though. Cotto seems like the type that could improve at this stage unlike a Ricky Hatton, but at the same time he's 30, he's battle worn, he's not really a 154 pounder. We'll see.

Dope ****, like someone previously said as a boxing fan, this is a great thing to watch! I'm glad Manny's focusing on Miguel's right hand, which could be fantastic if he develops it with power and it becomes a weapon like his left hook.
