jeff mayweather thinks floyd's xylocaine injections are wrong

    from: http://www.doghouseboxing.com/DHB/Ryan040910.htm

RM: What about Freddie’s comments about Floyd’s alleged use of Xylocaine?

Jeff Mayweather: I think that to do that for a fight, that’s wrong, too.

And that’s not making you better. That’s not a PED.

of course it is. its a chemical to numb your hands. thus, punch output can be maxed out without feeling pain. fighters who dont use it lose punching power because their hands hurt. sure its allowed but its not fair for other boxers who fight naturally.

Xylocaine is legal until a week before a fight. Read it and memorized it!

Jeff also thinks Manny has something to hide. So... you're taking his word on that as well correct?

Right... this is what I think a lot of these guys don't understand... I guess you can somehow make an argument that it allows guys to train more without feeling to much pain in sparring but I hear these guys saying it makes him hit harder... no its not used on fight night...so just stop it guys.

As Kizer explained it, fighters must, under penalty of perjury, sign a statement at the fight weigh ins discloosing what, if any, pain or other serious medication they have used or plan to use anytime between the weigh in and fight time.

“Mayweather has never disclosed any such information so, as far as we are concerned, this is not any kind of issue. I know the ardent Pacquiao fans talk a lot about but to us it's the same as the speculation about Pacquiao using any sort of drugs which comes from the Mayweather fans out there. Both of them have always tested clean in Nevada.”

Kizer said he could name other boxers who have asked permission to use aspirin, Lidocaine, cortisone and other “pain the****utic” medications.

                    (Nevada commission director Keith Kizer)

Even Examiner writers that hate Mayweather have disprove this over and over.

Also I would love to know those names... of who have asked permission to use aspirin, Lidocaine, cortisone and other “pain the****utic” medications. Team Pac/Roach have never raised a issue like the Pac fans over Lidocaine (Xylocaine), is he on the list??
