Why does Mayweather pretend that the first Castillo fight never happened?

This ****head must think we're ****** or something. He never gives Castillo credit for giving him hell and yet gives credit to the journeyman Emanuel Augustus for giving him his hardest fight when all he did was give him a bloody nose.

This to me is Mayweather acknowledging that it was Castillo who popped his cherry and handed him his first loss.

He doesn't talk about it because he knows that the judges robbed Castillo. He probably only talks about it when he and Ellerbe get ready for bed.

I think the augustus fight was harder for him because he never thought the fight would be tough, He came in underprepared thinking he would just walked all over him but to his surprise Augustus was a good boxer with a lot of different angles...Castillo was castillo and he knew he would be tough with or without injury.

I know, his fans act like it never happened because of the rematch, bottom line is he needed to cracks at Castillo to get grips with his style.

Many fighters can adjust if they get ANOTHER crack.

And Mayweather haters love the Castillo - Mayweather l fight, cause it's the closest thing they can call a loss, which it wasnt, as you can see that Mayweather won it by a few rounds Castillo was a great fight, that's why its a great win for Mayweather.

augustus was a harder fight. castillo only gave him troubles cuz floyd came into the fight with a messed up shoulder, leaving him to fight for 12 rounds with one arm. and he still beat castillo, just cuz the ****ty ref let castillo hold and hit all night doesnt mean thats not a foul, yet alot of "fans" including merchant counted those shots as legal blows.

all castillo was doing was rough housing, there were very few legal blows landed by him meanwhile floyd scored all day with punches, defense and ring generalship. ofcourse u fake fans dont count defense or ring generalship which is one of the many reasons your scorecards are always so ******ed.

in the reamcth floyd had two arms and a good ref so he boxed castillos ears of. augustus gave him a harder fight.
