it was a very poor referee who should have given Ruiz time to recover and given Haye an official warning

A couple rabbit punches nothing DQ worthy in that fight.
Some of those "rabbit punches" were on the side of the head that Ruiz was complaining about.
Lets not forget that Ruiz intentionally hit Haye well after the bell rang in a round.

Valuev and Ruiz are about as legit as they come in the heavyweight division without being the Klitschkos.
