At least Vitali was injured when he quit on his stool. He made Sam Peter quit on his stool without an injury -- just from the severe beatdown Vitali was giving him.

Danny Williams in the Mark Potter fight being a chief example of how Vitali should, by rights, be branded a quitter. Williams didn't even have a world title on the line and slugged his guts out for a KO, whereas Vitali was world fucking champion and ahead on points by miles. :laff2:

With that said, there's no way in hell I'd call Vitali a coward for quitting on his stool. He's a quitter, no doubt about it, but a coward he ain't. A coward wouldn't step into the ring, period.
