Roy Jones is more athletic in as he had faster hands and reflexes. Mayweather is more of a technical boxer. I'd say Roy Jones is above Mayweather is any atg or hall of famer list.

roy is the better offensive master. his combo's and physical abilities were off the charts.

Obviously Floyd has the technical ability advantage, but RJ was an athletic freak who knew how to hit and not get hit just as much as Floyd. RJ was a better fighter, no doubt.
