According to *****s, just over a year ago, Margarito was a bum.

So, why are they now hyping up Shanes victory over him?

Suddenly, its the new flavor of the month to remind everyone that Tony lost to Mosley.

Did they all conveniently forget that Margarito was a nobody who never mattered anyway when it came time to Floyd fighting him?

Now, we're supposed to believe they always saw him as a credible opponent?

If he was a credible opponent for Shane then,

how come he wasn't credible enough for Floyd?

Most of them don't give Shane that much credit for beating Margarito.

What I find amusing was when people kept mentioning Shane as an opponent to Floyd prior to him retiring, Floyd fans were saying that Shane was overrated, old, not a draw and would do nothing for Floyd's legacy.

Nooooow, they're making threads saying thats what "haters" were saying and are bigging the *** up out of Mosley.

      Aaaaaaaah. I love NSB

I was just thinking about that today as well.

Its here in the forums too. They also said he was a steroid using cheater who didn't deserve to fight Floyd.

        I love the hypocrisy.

          This is true...

I remember when I first got on here. I was saying that Floyd should fight Shane. But, some Floyd fans on here were downplaying Shane. Calling him old and past his prime, and his win over Margarito is overrated.

I know I might be sounding skeptical about this fight. But I don't know how much gas Mosley has in the tank at this stage. If Sergio Martinez beats Kelly Pavlik a week from Saturday, that would also be a good fight for Floyd. I will give Floyd some credit if he beats Shane. But it aint like Mosley hasn't had distractions along with the long layoff. But Floyd has been out of the ring for two years so if I complain I look like a hypocrite. Basically I want Floyd to fight on even if he beats Mosley and not just focus on Pac who is being stubborn.

I have bashed Floyd for fighting blown ups when he beat Hatton and JMM. But if someone emerges supreme and leaves no doubt as to who the best at 140 is, I wouldn't mind seeing Floyd fight someone like Alexander or Bradley once we really find out who is actually the best out of that group. Floyd still has other fighters to fight and different styles to deal with even if he beats Mosley. I know call me a hater.

I had always said Cotto would be Margarito's only highlight and the minute he faced another elite fighter he would get ****d. Looks like I was right.
