Realistic question- Does Darchinyan punch harder than Malignaggi?

I've never seen such a soft punching welterweight. Not hating on him even though I can't stand him, but does Darchinyan punch harder than Malignaggi?

I work with his Team and Vic when they are in the US and his manager/advisor has said that he puts down welterweights in sparring. Take it for what it's worth but I tend to believe him to an extent as Vic really torques into his punches whereas Paulie uses his arms primarily

Malignaggi doesn't sit on his punches enough and has hurt hands, that's why he cant crack an egg.
