why does cotto deserve a shot at another belt??

        For the same reason the PED's are ignored in Pac. It adds a bit more excitement and fills arenas and stadiums.

                  He constantly is fighting the best fighters out their, while other fighters duck the best Cotto hasn't. And Foreman is underrated, but if Cotto beats him I bet people still underrated the win Cotto gets on him.
