Cotto never wanted anything to do with Floyd. Not at 147, and sure as hell not at 140. There's a reason no proposals were never made.

Household name? Only in Puerto Rico (because he's the best fighter in a country that loves boxing) and the Philippines (because of Pac). I wouldn't even say Pacquiao is a household name in the US. I know plenty of people who don't know who he is.

I agree..Pac is the draw, not Cotto..Cotto had nothing to do with it whatsoever..the 1.2 million is all because of Pac..I just wonder where the rest of those 500k were at when Pac fought Clottey and it drew in 700k...
